I facilitated my first “Hand Printing” session at Cofficina, a co-working space in Marikina. I taught the basic process of hand printing with the use of layered stamps.
For this class we used my food themed stamps. Participants were able to make their own versions of the Chicken Joy, chicken Insal, Otap, and spam prints on stickers. At the end of the workshop each participant took home at least 12 different hand printed sticker designs which they’ve hand printed themselves.
I found that the participants have their own take on using the stamps. It’s a refreshing learning experience since I like their works more than my own.
I am look forward to the next opportunity to host another print making session.
