The modes of transportation in the city are quite varied, there are cabs, buses, and trains. I've been adamant to try the trains but I was advised against it since it going to pass a shady part of town (so much for that.) Yet nothing's quite like the vintage F trains which I did get to ride.
The F train or streetline car traverses Market Street all the way to Fishermen's Wharf. On my trip I boarded from the famed 'happiest point' of San Francisco the Castro district. I had ridden it up to downtown Powell St. to ride the cable car that would bring me to Hyde St..

This is one of those "touristy" things to do when in San Francisco. It's quite interesting to see the staff are dressed up for the part. Even the gripman has a vintage attitude.
